In the first NLP@UCSF meetup of 2020, we will learn about extracting structured information from clinical text with APACHE cTAKES and do a hands-on demo of the UCSF’s pre-configured cTAKES pipeline, built by Bakar’s Research Computing team and offered as a free self-service tool for UCSF community.
